Im making a Teddy the Chao animation for my sig and I can't animate can someone help please....

From the front page, this topic read: "Um...I need help..." From "SonicTeam", and I was all "Really, it took them this long to realize that?"

In all seriousness though, you just need a basic Gif Animator to help out with this. Personally, I like Ulead, as it's easy to use and powerful. You can also do transparency in it.

I'm not allowed to do that on this PC sorry.....

You aren't allowed to download a simple GIF animator?
Are you at school or something where the computers are unable to download?

My foster parents won't let me download anything else.... I know its stupid but I used to have on on my real mom's PC....
