You'll find that he looks a bit different from how he used to be, mainly seen with the hair and its color contrast.
My older version was incorrect. I have no idea how the heck you can identify it as better.

Nes, the eyes can't be solid black here -- reason being that they would appear way too big. I've found that how I have them is the best way to shape them.

Left is way better, which is crazy because I didn't think the original could be improved on.

You could use the eyes from the previous version, I think they fit more with the style. Or maybe that's just me.

The old ones are too dark and not in style at all due to the shading and awkward blending.

However, his face is Goofy-look-alike. Maybe, you must move the head a little more to the right and make him look a little more evil.

Nah, Larry surprisingly looks pretty naive in NSMBWii. Plus I'll still keep the snickering in the idle so that'll make up for it.

All of it looks Ace man, top-notch stuff here, I've always loved M&L and i'm looking forward to seeing more sprites.

I was shuddering at the thought of a year-plus-old necropost when I saw this on the new posts. Brilliant work you got here; I also really love Popple, particularly that middle animation.

very convincing animations, they're full of character too!
i'm a bit bothered by larry's hand in the first animation, when he pauses to giggle: it seems too far out, it doesn't seem to articulate like a human wrist.

EDIT: I just noticed the sheets. I love all the little characterizations you put into the sheets, like Larry banging the wand to make his racket. I also love that his "X" version is the SMW palette. Also, plan to do any animations with the racket?

PS- Please let Roy's second idle be him flexing. Iggy could, uh, straighten his glasses? I dunno.
So many commeeeeennnttsss to maaaaake. I'd love to see more SMRPG, but you've got your hands pretty full at the moment and I'll be happy seeing anything.
