I like the new one one better. Hair flows better, for the lack of a better description.

Yeah, it is. It'll only move significantly during faster/sudden animations.

If anyone's wondering, I do need to update Larry slightly. I won't be redoing him but he does need some reshaping.

Looks great from what I see so far. You should also make an animation with him on the ball in case you weren't planning on it. Also, what's that thing hanging at the back of his head suppose to be?

Don't worry I'll be sheeting all of his poses, especially those on the ball. Wand too.

Haha, I've been thinking of doing that. Now that I think of it, actually, I may have started one. I'll look through my files and see later.

Oh man, that's awesome. Is the ball going to shift as his balance does? That would be a great touch.
