Multiple people did on the previous page
(EDIT: Well this post made a new page so I mean page 90.)
Anyway, still trudging along merrily in the Miracle Mask, I'm trying to solve puzzles as soon as I find them and it's going well so far. At one point I got stuck on 2 puzzles (first time in the game that I had to quit a puzzle), but solved them both the next day, which felt great. My puzzle count is around 70 right now.
Beat Easy difficulty on BIT.TRIP RUNNER. It was pretty easy (don'tcha know), although the only difference is that there were no gold bars; the levels themselves were exactly the same. I played a little bit of Perfect difficulty too, and the only difference between that and Normal is that you have to collect every gold bar; miss one and you have to start over.
Also getting better at Awesomenauts, or at least I feel like I am

Or am I just farting out incoherent nonsense that never actually happened?
no
you're right!
it's unfair but the game does give you a white bell right before that part, dont shoot it to not change its color accidentally
(also the power bar tells you the bell's effect (albeit in japanese) when you grab it)
I played through it, it was hard and all but the ending is worth it imo, it's surprisingly serious for a joke game like Parodius
Just beat Pop'n Twinbee, what a delicious game it is
Finished .flow.
Never play that game at night unless you want nightmares.
Just got Dragon's Crown, Mario and Luigi Dream Team, Kingdom Hearts 3D and Ni No Kuni from Amazon yesterday. Only touched DC so far, which is my kind of mindless arcade style fun with RPG touches.
I made the terrible decision of playing the M&L Dream Team demo. Now I want it even more, and I can't afford it because of college books. FUCK
Mario & Luigi: Dream Team [3DS]. Yup, still representin'.
Seems like almost everyone's gotten their hands on this game now. Grabbed a copy a few days ago, and so far it's been smooth sailing. If only it wasn't so tutorial-heavy at the beginning...
DuckTales: Remastered [WIIUWare]. INITIATING TRIP DOWN MEMORY LANE. ...Yeah, that's all I've got.
Seriously, what can I say about this game that everyone and their dog hasn't said already? Awesome stuff.
I'm probably the only one who remembers the original because of its Game Boy port, though.
Boing Docomodake DS!
this is pretty fun! I love it
So my brother got Dream Team and I've been playing it pretty avidly today. It's as amazing as I would have expected and this new Villain seems rather interesting. I like his design.
Also just a heads up, if you haven't gotten the game yet Toys R' Us is doing a sale, buy it and get anything gaming related that's 19.99 or less for 99 cents. So he got us Dead Space 2 (have yet to touch it) for essentially free. Yes the sale includes games, and is not Nintendo exclusive.
Layton Brothers: Mystery Room
Spin-off murder investigation game that doesn't play like the DS Professor Layton games, but is still interesting.
The game is still puzzle-oriented in the fact that you have to investigate the crime scene for clues and determine the culprit based on such clues and suspect's statements, and it's quite enjoyable. The dialogue is 2D, and the crime scene is 3D, allowing you to rotate the scene in search for hidden pieces of evidence.
One thing that bugs me though is the use of "were" where "was" feels more fitting, but doing a quick search online shows that it's normal (I still haven't gotten used to it though
).
Would be playing Dream Team, if my 3DS weren't borked. I'm right near the end too. UGH. At least I got to hear Somnom Woods a.k.a. audio bliss.
As it is, I've been playing Brutal Legend recently. How did I blitz through the Dry Ice Mines encounter but then get stuck at the Sea of Black Tears?
beat mario and luigi dream team last night, was an amazing game can't wait for the sequel
Trying to power through Syndicate, and it's a shame that I feel like I need to power through it, as it's a great game with some stunning visuals, but playing it solo is really a trying task, I feel like I could play it through over and over if I had someone to do co-op with.
Bought New Super Luigi U today.
100% completed New Super Mario Bros. today.
It's a great game. Nice challenge and level design, but so damn short. I expected it to be that short, hence why I feel ripped off for paying 45 euros for it. Oh well...
I almost gave up on Paper Mario last night after the biggest bullshit glitch.
I was challenging Kent C. and had saved in Toad Town before the battle. Went in with Watt, got my butt kicked, Game Over screen, go to load up my file and... all of the files are empty. Eventually I decided to shut it off and check again, and thankfully my file was back, but that was some not cool shit for a minute there.

You're fucking kidding me. Same thing happened to me a few weeks ago in Paper Mario (although with the age of N64 games, I guess I shouldn't be
too surprised).
At any rate, I've found some time for Mario and Luigi: Dream Team again after classes started, and hot damn am I loving this. Paper Mario: Sticker Star got nuthin' on this.
