Oops. Have you thought about what the attacks/special attacks (where the giant pixel art appears and you do a super attack) will be?
Now that's good enough for me to swear Oo
Especially at that size Oo; anyway you need to make it faster and add more frames, idle and run have the highest priority. K's arms are a strange shape, and unless I'm mistaken, they're conic normally...

The shoes in the idle animation do seem to lift a bit too much.
pretty lame i dont see why anyone would want to use this for anything and i see no potential in this so i say you give up and try something else

His running animation is a little off I think....his feet are sliding on the floor and his body looks pretty stationary, besides the turning. Idk tho, it reminds of Kirby 64...although I do think the smash bros running looks a little more like running :x
