The top of his head is sort of blocky. That diagonal line is the culprit.

I tried to "fix" it; I hope you don't mind...

The one on the left is my edit (just the blocky parts).

I don't think it could be fixed by just plain AA.

Oh yeah, in regards to your question about blendiness, yeah, it looks better.

I thought it looked fine in the first place...

As Geo mentioned earlier, we were planning to update the sprites a bit. And so, we decided to do so.

After all, our aim is to have the best Kirby character out there (both gameplay and graphic-wise). So yeah, here's a preview of the revamp:

I can't say I like the new colors one bit, but the animation and shading is improved.

My monitor sucks. It displays things darker than they should be--especially when they're dull, and it has problems displaying reds. What's wrong with the new colors? Please be as detailed as possible, since it's hard enough as it is picking a palette for this.

I prefer the new pallete. Kirby is a more cheery fellow, so these colours fit him better in my opinion. The only other thing I can say is that the feet have a different light source than the body.

I agree with Drei. The colors are great, and they actually somewhat resemble a real Kirby game's colors.

However, that said, the red on his shoes could be a bit more orange than purple.

I bet one cent they're gonna ask you to make the next Kirby game. I would bet more, but I'm 1% sure I'll lose the bet......I think I just crapped my pants in awe...
