wip drawing with my new tablet pc and gimp for some cg art for frostfire.

Frostfire? Really?
Aside having a neck of a giraffe (although I do that sometimes when my character has a scarf) and the clothing folds, this looks okay-ish.

One way to avoid unwanted proportions on a clothed figure is to draw the outline of the body first, then add clothes over it.

Yeah I look back at my rough lines and I never sketched the neck in there. Going to fix it as soon as I can figure out a bit more about gimp.

Aside from how short the jacket ends, I love this character design.

better? going to take into sai and play around with the line weights in a bit.
