You did a bit on some of them, but i agree. In a couple cases it would help to pick colors that can work better as a single ramp. (the dark red and blue one)

I think since your limited on colors, dither a little bit.

The tophats will get you sooner or later... just wait.

But really, these are very nice, I wish I could critique them but.... well, I can't very well tell you to use less colors. I like the style though, very reminescent of older games I used to play a lot.
