For KOF98? Yes.
For KOF98 UM, with a fuckload of new characters, new moves, new combos, new stages, and a handful of new shit, including RELIABLE online gameplay? Hell no.
Reliable? On xbox live? pssht
I STILL can't connect to raytheon in any game other that CoD4 and that's only if we're in the same game with other people.
