well really the game is so freakin huge that after you've 100%ed it you really won't want to play it again, ever.
07-31-2009, 06:26 PM
but you will never 100% it because of that reason

Worth every penny. They didn't skimp on the story/missions at all. The missions are actually each their own interesting substory, and not just a big fetchquest. The game really does reward you for exploring and its just fun to walk in arandom direction aimlessly and see what you find, cause the game is so huge it takes a long time to walk through the whole map, but you find alot of cool/interesting stuff along the way.
You get this game, you won't be buying anything else for awhile.

I've finally got my dart gun ( ), so my chances of surviving Old Olney have risen by a jillion percent.
And I just escaped from Raven Rock. I was able to convince Mr. President tobut damn that Colonel Autumn, he's stubborn.KILL HIMSELF HAHA
Oh, and Enclave Soldiers now feel like going about with Sentry Bots. Fun.
Oh, and where the hell do I find Fawkes after escaping Raven Rock?

what's the replay value on this?
I don't want to pay full price (it's still 60 bucks UGGGGH) for a game I won't get any replay out of
it's pretty, but boring.
apparently the fun doesn't even kick in until you've gotten at least 75% into the game, and the addons are supposed to be more fun than the actual game, which proves that something's not right :F

isn't the point of an addon to make the original game more fun?
don't get me wrong, this game is still probably the most boring brown RPG i've ever played, a BBRPG if you will.

I disagree. It's a lot of fun.

I agree, I wasn't expecting much going into the game, and I'm not one to finish a game after only a few weeks of purchase, but this game actually kept me coming back daily, something about it, it definately was a fun experience, I don't get what some people are saying, it seems like they only played the main story, and it is very short, its about 15 hours long, but I clocked in 60 some hours, an extra 45 hours exploring the wastelands, cause it was just so immersive.

I found Deathclaw Gauntlet schematics by wandering about and doing nothing.

You can find that anywhere.

I found myself wasting about €50 on addons I actually don't use simply because I'm too distracted to actually get that far. Mods and shit. I'm even planning on creating my own worldspace. Cthulhu based and shit, only with mutated mutant shit and shit. Like mutant fish behemoth leviathan or something. If only I were able to model.

Not when I need it, apparently.
On another note, does anyone else love the Shishkebab as much as I do? Shit works hardcore against radscorpions.
