I love that cape. His transition to falling is still kinda jerky at the end, but it probably wouldn't very noticeable in a game, what with the character actually moving and all.
@Gaia, the hair tuft looks kinda weird. It looks more like a part of the headgear rather than hair poking out of it. Also, the metallic parts could use a bit better shading and hueshift, but you said the palette was experimental anyway. The headgear looks nice and shiny, though.
@gorsal, okay. I'll just work on some more rough anims.
We need to post one of those up to date sprite pics. Like the one at the begining of the first Fantasy Smash Project.
I'm both slightly insulted and completely relieved that you're taking over AG. I guess I'll restart on my old Meowth sprites or maybe K.Rool
my sad attempt to contribute. If anyone wants to make some fixes (like zero or kai's face) I'd be fine with that. Right now I just have crappy little place holder features.

Huh, guess I'll have to use the SNES version of sparkster as a ref then. but, would that pallete be accepted anyway? afterall, it is experimental.

We need more of an up-to-date sprite Line Up, or if you were thinking the same thing.

Yes I was.
More experimental palletes and a possible new tuft with an added reference. It's gonna be awhile.
There, added a line-up. Don't expect me to update the second a new or edited sprite is posted, however.
@Grey: What characters are those two supposed to be? Because I've got no idea.
Even though he's generally WIP, I think this should be added.
Speaking of, which pal should I work with?
a is the pallete I used to make the sprite, b's the "darker" armor colors and c most likely to be the Super Nintendo pallete.

Kai and Zero from the Elebits series. They way I see it, there are plenty of possibilities for a moveset based off the DS game.
I think you should base it more on the other sprites. It looks better.

Not really sure what to change, I haven't practiced much in the style.

Game Boy instantly transforms every fighter into a smaller 8-bit pixel recreation of themselve, disabling their B moves and greatly decreasing their attack power. The time is short, so beat these enemies senseless while time lasts.
DID SUM1 SAY 8-BIT THAR?
...I think so.
Anyway, I think I'm going to update again today, so stay tuned.
Oh my god, I love you so much right now.
Alright, so you guys have any suggestions for "Gameboy Games" that GB can switch for different A moves?
