Suigetsu can turn into water (connected to his muscle-building ability), which probably explains/justifies the white hair.
Sasori is arrogant and his character dictates that when he shows his final form (you seem to have forgotten that he usually appears as his puppet form, which, SURPRISE, has dark hair), he wouldn't want to hide. Actually, when he shows his final form, it already means he's been fighting for some time, so hiding is pretty useless.
And Konan doesn't even need to hide, if you've noticed. She scouts with her paper.

If you don't want to give a reason for him streaking his hair white (or any color, lololol), then alright then.

1. Added nose. Other JUS sprites have noses. Based on your avatar, he has a nose.
2. Edited shading. Put his left arm in shadow, made his pants more readable (less random shading), shading on turtleneck, shading on strap.
3. I thought he was holding a kunai, but it turns out that was bandage of some sort. I tried to fix it, but eh. Half-assed attempt on my part, really.
4. Removed flab. Still looks bad though, hmm.
5. Removed three colors, I think.

Angel, buddy, I think Mr. Buttbutt is right in this -- after all, I did the same exact thing to critique on your sprites before, but onto critique... he basically covered everything.

If you look at all the images of other people's work I edited (mostly from a few years ago, since I only edit when I feel like it), it's named something like "shit" or "editshit". Or even "whatthefuckingdick.png". It's mostly because I don't want to waste time thinking names. Even some of my own work is named something like that. I was making a Cave Story remake and the filename was "shit2". My god, are you that mentally challenged?
And if you're saying you don't think your work is bad but you want to improve <-- that's a contradiction. If you want to improve, it means you think your work is bad/missing something. Most accomplished artists think their work is bad.

alright look, im new to the world of spriting, i dont know anything about your file naming habits or anything, also i actually do think my work is good, but im sure others wont, so i post it to get there opinions on how to improve it
point is, i improved it based on your points so lets drop this whole mess okay?

Trust me, Angel, I save my work as stuff like that when I'm bored and don't feel like coming up with a name for it.
