Great rip but...Why bother writing "Empty space" all over? XD

No reason I just did. I also only wrote it once then copy and pasted.

Can you remove your utterly pointless "Empty space" thing?
That joke isn't funny, and you're doing it to just get in the way now.

I did it just click the Icon and hes no longer got the empty spaces

I added Rick and I will edit the title to River City Ransom EX sprites.

Also this is just a note before RTB posted the new update you could view Ryans sprites by going into GBA R River City Ransom EX and it was my sheet but RTB never posted that my sheet was new so it was never posted new unless it was added to Dazz's update after he posted my sheet.

EDIT: I checked and it was not added to Dazz's old update so mine was never posted as a new sheet that was just added.

I've uploaded it - it'll be in MY next update, not RTBs.

Reason it shows both in the icon is because most people don't know which is which so I put on transparent and the other normal so you knew which one Andy is and which one Randy is. Even though normally you would by looking at it anyway but it looked cool to do that for the Dragon Twins.
