Everybody says that you can make a recolour in five seconds. But I don´t know how. I do recolours with the fill tool.

If we're talking about MS Paint; select the eraser tool, then make sure the first colour on the palette is the colour you're wanting to change, and then make the secondary colour the one that you want it to be become. Then go over the colour, but instead of using the left click to erase, use the right click to recolour it.
