Story
You, the player, is Mario. Average loser, video game fanatic and lady scarecrow. You post on message boards about games you've never played and how amazing your love life is, when suddenly, a new game comes out. Just one of those games that everyone gets. In order to keep your cool, you need it. But ack, you have no money, for you are a loser. In despair you get drunk in the average loser-way and at the bar, you meet this smokin' hot chick who offers you a job. Simple; fix the water leak in her house and you'll be rich enough to buy your game. This is No More Plumbers.

Hey, that was actually pretty cool!
Only thing is, the z key doesn't advance the text when you talk. Only shift does.

also my game literally slowed to a crawl during the bullet bill part because of all the blood loaded onscreen
Very nice, Mecha! (p.s. be more active here Blank)

I really like the story, and the gameplay as always. Keep it up.
Dex, have you ever played No More Heroes?
That game

was fucking

AMAZING

just curious: what did you code this with?
He makes his games in MMF2
AWESOME.

Can't wait for a new version/episode/whatever. P:
thanks Big Grin
Awesome job man! There's only a little something...

The blood is too much... It's making the game slower and it lags... But for the rest, Good job!
too much blood?! Impossible! Real men want more blood!
Yes, but our crap computers can't handle it.
Can you make a revised version with less blood? I was rarely playing full speed, and the giant goomba boss fight was nearly impossible, because the slowdown caused mario to stop moving before hitting the trampoline.
Awesome game. I loved it. It was bloody as hell. Loved it keep up the good work. THanks for such an amazing game.
Heh, that was pretty cool. The amount of blood severely lags the game though. It was still playable for me, but it got way harder when the framerate dropped so severely.
Maybe it would be sensible to have existing blood vanish if left on the screen for X amount of time; and after a specified amount of blood is onscreen, the oldest is automatically removed.

Little things like that optimise a game and make it better.
it would probably also help and look alot cooler if you simplified and/or stylized the blood somewhat. rather than the standard particle effects make it like one or two colours with AA.
