recurring characters include:

dex: the poor guy who recently moved into TSR. rooms with a bunch of dudes including kosheh, tyvon, bryan and grooveman.

kosheh: the kramer of the show. quirky humor and dex's bff. recently landed a management job at a local burger joint with a shady basement

tyvon: the guy who is always in his pajamas, goes to the fridge and returning to his room. despite his sedentary attitude every episode has a girl leaving his room half-dressed for the 20 minutes of airtime. frequently will screw kosheh and dex's prospective interests and lead to show drama.

bryan: the stoner. just smokes a lot of weed and gets tyvon out of his room to get some food at spamhaul burger.

grooveman: the gay guy. not a bad guy, but rather is chill and gives everyone in the apartment advice in love despite the fact he has no interest in woman.

zeemort: the goth girl who lives downstairs. frequently listens to her music too loud and her crazy boyfriend enjoys punching holes in dex's door

ravan: the neighbor who occassionally comes over to borrow dex's vaseline. has an inexplicable tail.

everyone else:

lunyka: ravan's roomate. No one really knows why they're rooming together, but it's said that her father owns a large amount of TSR Community. She also has large breasts which helped her land a huge HR position at a local nuclear plant.

dazz: mayor of TSR community. Frequently gets drunk and smashes properties with golf clubs without reason. Likes to make silly laws and impose taxes here and there but when sober he's quite a cool guy (the drunkenness is just a plot device)

tigerlily: the mayor's wife. usually is sympathetic to those whose belongings are smashed with dazz's nine-iron. does a lot of backstage bargaining for dazz.

Plasmatrooper: Lives with her parents in Dex's apartment complex despite that she is somewhere around Kosheh's age. Never leaves her room but frequently calls Dex to complain about how bad her life is. Presumed dead by many....many months ago, and thus is believed to be an urban legend.

hmmmmm ill remember more people eventually.

A comic relief character is a character like Jake from two and a half men, if all characters were comic relief characters the characters would have no chemistry. So your wrong.

Comic relief characters don't have a big part in the plot but they tend to steal scenes or lighten the mood of serious scenes.
