Also, even though you didn't ask for any feedback, the colors are too bright and too stale / plain. They could use at least some texture and contrast.
Overall, they're not too bad, but it needs that special something to be worth submitting. Also, just one sprite doesn't justify submitting.

The Yellow's shades need more Orange, The shading is flat too.
The Line art is sorta awkward in some places, but that's minor I guess.
