I would sound like a broken record because I keep saying that I think his shell should be lower like it is in everything except smashbros. :/
... His arms are really ugly now.
As for the new colors, I think they work pretty well.
I'm also going to agree on Arthur about the shell.
The yellow palette looks really ugly right now, unfortunately. The third shade really throws it off.
