Okay, so that's a marvelous sprite right there. But important question...
... what the heck is Starfy's moveset? Obviously he's gonna have his spinning in there somewhere, but what would his moves be?

Edit: oh! his "arms" should be a bit downward.
That sharp corner in the left arm pit bothers me. Our left.

I actually like it. It fits nice with the style. Again, Nin saves the day!
Tried to fix that sharp armpit. Also, the arms' positions are okay, save his left (our right) arm, which I already edited a bit.

I think the body's okay now. My only problem is still the eyes. They need to be less tall
I dunno, he looks fine with those eyes.
Looking at the reference sprite, comparing his eyes to his, "arms," I'd say they're the right size.
They're fine if you look at it again. I guess I was just being a little nit-picky :I
