I know there's a thread with a similar title, but the thing is, I'm not that guy. 
Anyway, I'd like to start off by saying that my sheets may not be 100% ripped, reason being that they will be used in my Sega Genesis Mega Brawler game, and some characters have too many sprites to rip and I'm not even gonna use them all, as it says in the tags, but anyone is welcome to use and/or finish them.

P.S. I read that the Icon maker was in the downloads section, but I don't see one. if someone can direct me to it, well, that would be cool.
