Well, its actually nothing like Snake. With Snake's, you aim at the screen and shoot people. WIth this, missles just come from no where and follow everyone. You don't aim or shoot, and you stay on the stage (or well maybe you go into the background and irde Mecha Bowser so that you aren't in the way of explosions).
Also Zoo Monkey, its not Baby Bowser. Baby Bowser is a different character completely. This is Bowser Jr.
Snake in front
MB in back.
Aimed Explosives from front
Homing Explosives from back
Both damage or kill
See where I'm getting at?
You act as though nobody in Smash has ever had a similar move to another person.
Not saying that FS is set in stone by any means, but it's not like it could never work.
mario, samus, and ganondorf all have identical final smashes in principle, its the subtle changes (speed, size, time, damage, alt effects) that differentiate them
B Down could be that move he does in New Super Mario Bros. when he hides in his shell and exposes the spikes on his shell.
Two shell attacks?
Dammit, I almost said Up-B could be Toadies picking him up, but that's Baby Bowser again. Rage.
Well you can have some things being similar to Baby Bowser. I don't see why not.

That's Better Used as a Down Smash
Errr... That wouldn't work well as the smash attacks need to move and come out. This move is still. Its like a shield.

then why not have that be his shield (and do the same with Bowser and the other Shelled characters) and have another Down B...Like I stated before the Jr. Bomb.

Put it this way. WHat do you as a character do during the attack? Aming is pretty much nothing like Homing.
Plus, look at Pit and Dedede. They are nearly identical, and both of them are a lot closer to Ness and Lucas than Homing missles are to a Grenade Launcher.
Or Sonic and Pikachu, who are practically the same, and are both close to Yoshi and Diddy excpet without the shooting option?
Ganondorf, Mario, Pokemon Trainer, and Samus?
Link, Toon Link, Ike, Marth, Zelda, Sheik, Metaknight, and Captain Falcon, with whom you have to aim and then automatically do huge attack if you hit?
Or Wario and ROB, where you turn invincible and go around hitting people? That just like Bowser, Game&Watch, Fox, Falco, and Wolf, excpet the latter five turn big.
My point is that nearly all of the Final Smashes are the same as at least one other already. Infact, the current one would be very original going by the standards of most others. It'd be closest to Pit and Dedede, except the missles fly around and follow instead of just hitting everywhere.
What I'm trying to say, is that just because Nintendo had them, doesn't mean we have to. We're the ones making him for this (we as in whoever is making him, doing it for this project). We don't have to make it like Pit and Dedede. We can make it like Pit and Luigi, virtually all different.
How about his Robot Reactor, from Galaxy?

Yeah but its a shield that is dangerous to touch. Perhaps it can reflect projectiles too? You know like Fox's reflector.

I like it!
You know to help come up with moves I have made up a list of consistent types of special moves.
[Standard Special]
Projectile- Whether its breathing fire, shooting a laser or tossing an object. Can usually be charged. EX: Mario, Link.
Slow and Powerful- Most likely a big punch or a powerful sword attack, sometimes allows you to charge them. EX: Donkey Kong, Captain Falcon.
Pull In- A long tongue, vacuum breath, or just a wide open mouth. They don't have good knock-back but makes your opponent stuck. EX: Kirby, Yoshi.
Surround- This attack won't have good reach but will completely surround you. EX: Zelda, Meta Knight.
[Side Special]
Power Projectile- A slower more powerful projectile. Usually the character will pause or pull back before using it. Can never be charged. EX: Link, Samus.
Forward Charge- Thrust, ride or roll forward. Through or into your opponent. Sometimes can be charged. EX: Yoshi, Fox.
The Reach- A long extended attack. Usually a weapon like a whip. EX: Sheik, Zero Suit Samus.
Slow and Powerful- Most likely a big punch or a powerful sword attack, sometimes allows you to charge them. EX: Donkey Kong, Kirby.
Grabber- A grab with unique properties. Sometimes moves you forward. EX: Bowser, Diddy Kong.
Reflector- Reflects projectiles and sometimes hurts opponent alone. EX: Mario, Pit.
[Up Special]
Up Thrust: Used for vertical recovery. Only goes up with limited control. EX: Mario, Samus.
Directional Thrust: A recovery that can be aimed in different directions. EX: Fox, Pikachu.
The Spin: A spinning attack. Used for horizontal recovery with little lift. EX: Donkey Kong, Link.
Up and Down: You go straight up and slam down. EX: Kirby, Ike.
Tether Recovery: Using a whip or extension to grab onto ledges. EX: Ice Climbers, Zero Suit Samus.
Thrust and Float: First you go up and then you can float or glide. EX: Peach, Meta Knight.
Levitation: Activates levitation for a short time that can be controlled. EX: Pit, R.O.B.
Up Projectile: Limited or difficult recovery use. But the projectile is always aimable. EX: Yoshi, Ness.
[Down Special]
Surround- This attack won't have good reach but will completely surround you. EX: Donkey Kong, Luigi.
Close Contact- Extremely powerful but must be right on top of the opponent. EX: Jigglypuff, Wario.
The Slam: Slam down hard with from the air onto the opponent. EX: Yoshi, Kirby.
Reflector- Reflects projectiles and sometimes hurts opponent alone. EX: Fox, Falco.
Counter- Counters direct attacks. EX: Marth, Ike.
Item Maker- Creates an item to throw and pick up. Different from Projectile as they can be grabbed by opponents. EX: Link, Peach.
Absorb- Absorbs elemental attacks for various uses. EX: Ness, Mr. Game & Watch.
Transform: Changes or switches characters. EX: Zelda, Pokemon Trainer.
um, isn't that encouraging people to make characters less original?
