Just a shot in the dark, but I propose that if Dr. Mario isn't going to appear in the game, he should at least be commemorated by a Card. Same goes for any other characters not returning from SSBM or SSBB.

I've got a fairly comprehensive knowledge of the Mario series, and I can't say there's anyone else important that you're missing.

He is Mario's costume

But he's also a somewhat stand-alone character in another game.

I'm giving Yoshi his own card section. Any character with his or her own emblem gets his own section.

How do you determine what enemies get put in what section? Shyguy could easily go in both, for instance.

It should be determined by what game they first appeared in. Shy Guy was first in SMB2 so he should fall in the Mario catagory.

Idk, maybe that's a bad way of doing it.
