Well first off, wrong section, as these will not get submitted in their current form. First, Ash has slightly long, black hair, not short, ligh brown hair. Also, although not very important, but you spelled custom wrong.

No. This is the section for submitting sprites. Best idea would be ddeleting this thread and posting in the Sprite Discussion thread.
