DAN is playable and he started as a joke character
R. Mika's also a joke character but she's so horrid that the joke's not even funny - all her moves are a bitch to pull off and require you to actually touch the opponent and when they do it's shit damage unlike someone like zangief. even her ass splash doesn't work - the curve of the attack makes it plain useless. and her attack priority sucks so damn hard. even t. hawk is more playable, ugh
People obviously want Mika in for the 3D tits and the El Fuerte shipping....Not for playing.
