I got bored and found an emulator that actually displays this screen. (most don't)
I don't really know or care if this is useful to anybody,
or if it will be uploaded onto the site, but here it is if anybody wants it.

Well, this kind of stuff can be handy (say for example, you need to make a mock-up of the start-up screen for simulation or parody.) Is a little small though... Hm, maybe combine this sheet with a rip from the GBA bios?
