Best. Sound Track. Ever.

Not trying to belittle your opinion or to be harsh, but have you ever played a SEGA game other than Sonic Heroes?

IMO, Sonic Heroes is nothing special. In fact I probably only really like 5 or 7 tracks from the whole soundtrack. And most SEGA games have incredible, top-notch soundtracks, take a hear from these medley songs:

I'm not a hardcore sonic fan, but since the Mega Drive, heroes has to be my favorite game. Just listen to this;

The intro itself caused me to hate that game. Never mind all the crap glitches.
And the theme song is god awful, your joking - right?
What? It's beautiful! xD

One of the only games I've ever stood to play the music on.
I was a fan of the Adventure 1 and 2 music (still thought the games were terrible) and was pretty much disgusted when I heard the Heroes soundtrack.
I mean come on the intro has Knuckles being super friendly and Eggman saying "Come and get me, Sonic Heroes"

Ah well, I guess this is the point of this topic.
Well, yeah, the storyline and dialogue was very crappy, but the game itself was completely unique and i really enjoyed it.

the intro song is literally the only good part of that game.

if you find it, go after it. the battle system is kinda meh but the plot is delightfully mind screw and I had no idea how I was supposed to feel at the ending.

this literally tries so hard to be Sonic Adventure 2. it sounds like part of a stage from Tails.

YOU TELL ME your joking right?

Your honestly telling me there are still people who can't appreciate Sonic Adventure for being the key jump into 3D?!

I am dumbfounded, honestly I am. I do not know what I could create a metaphor, simile, cut away, break, aside, note, or some other literary device to explain the emotion I feel right now.
Key jump? In my own eyes Sonic has never got 3D right, never did and with how things are looking - never will.
Sonic Adventure was an OK game. It gets waaaaaaay to much credit. Just because it was Sonic's first 3D game (no the Sonic Jam overworld and Sonic 3D don't count) doesn't mean it's good.
How would sonic do 3D "right", by chance?
I'd like to know why people dislike the Adventure games.

Word. Or someone at least explain what Sonic Adventure 1-2 did that didn't feel like Sonic in 3D. Maybe I'll give out on Sonic Adventure 2 but 1 was superb every story was tied together and Sonic went to every single zone filled with platforms you could miss and different routes everywhere. The only thing that sucked at times were the camera angles, but that didn't make the game terrible and to some unplayable like Sonic 2006.
