Added one more, and made some edits to the hippie.
The newest one was a lot harder than I had expected and will probably go back over it. But if anyone can make an edit of anything that may need to be fixed on it that would be really helpful.

I can't really tell what's going on with the Gangster sprite. Is it just his torso?

Yeah, I thought it would be interesting to have him popping out of the ground as a battle sprite.

I have 53 enemies (excluding recolors) left, so I'm going to try and crank out 5-13 a day from now on so I can finish this by Sunday.

Why isn't anyone posting in here. I'm not sure how to fix your tile editor problem, but you've done a fantastic job so far. I wish this topic would get more of what it is worth. I'm not liking the shoes of the two enemies at the bottom right though.
