If you watched Sailor Moon and Saw Raye's Dream about the worlds Silent Destruction it's not Sailor Saturn but Mistress Nine who is the Sovereign of Silence thats Mistress Nine in the Picture she was Posessing both Hotaru and Sailor Saturn Raye saw Mistress Nine holding Sailor Saturn's Silence Glaive/Silence Sythe
