On the subject of Ashley, I didn't write a moveset for her, mainly because her popularity is apparently less than Mona's, and for the fact that she starred in considerably less games, seeing as the first game she was ever featured in was WarioWare Touched, making it a lot harder to come up with moves that actually are canonical, namely "Total Drag" and "The Loquacious Spell Book". And I'm not even sure what the hell Total Drag is supposed to do!
Oh, and Ashley is fairly impotent as a witch.
Also, that Mario wiki sucks balls. Fucking get a better webhost, or switch over to Wikia.
Shadow Mario?
B: Throws a chargeable splash of rainbow paint
^B: Spins paintbrush like a propeller
><B: Swing paintbrush like a bat
vB: leave a puddle of paint varing from the 4 kinds of goo (pink, black, brown, and the shocking blue-yellow one)
Any A: mimic of mario's moves
Smash^: Twirl paint upwards
Smash><: Charge forwad like wario's
Smash v: like marth's only with paintbrush
Grabs are like mario's.
Bad idea? screw you.

No, Shadow Mario is just Bowser Jr., who we are already adding in as a character.

I'm sorry, it's not a bad idea.
It's a horrible idea.
As Brawler said, we already have Bowser Jr., why the fuck would we want Shadow Mario? He just appeared in one game, and he wasn't even that important, he doesn't even appear in Mario spin-offs, and hell, we had Funky Kong in MKWii as far as I remember.
Why am I even explaining that to you, I should have stopped at "horrible idea."
Kamek: Yoshi is the only one from his series since the N64 game. I think the series would need another character. Kamek is the best choice. He is the most powerful Magikoopa and Bowser's caretaker since his childhood. He appeared in atleast 9 games and had many cameos. His first appearance was in Yoshi Island and his last in New Super Mario Bros WII.
Neutral Attack: Spell Particles: Shoot some particles. The more you hold the Button, the more particles come out
Forward Smash: Flying Book Kamek Summons a Flying Book as seen in this video:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EQLlekiRKm8
Up Smash: Magical Dust Shoot Dust in the air which come down slowly. If it hits a player, he instantly get dizzy
Down Smash: Scepter Smash: Kamek Smash the enemy with his Scepter. Spell Particles also come out making more damage
B: Geometry Spell: The typical spell that Magikoopas use. A triangle/square/circle rotate until it hit something
Up B: Fireball: Kamek cast a fireball which burns the enemy
Up B: Broom Sweep: Kamek jumps on his broom and fly until it disapear
Down B: Bomb Boo: Kinda like the one from Super Mario Galaxy. Kamek Summons a Boo. He can Make him explode at any time
Final Smash: Giant Kamek: Kamek transform into Giant Kamek from Super Princess Peach. He summons Magikoopas on brooms and he is much stronger.

Yoshi characters do need more reps. I think Kamek a Villian from the series would be good.
eehhh, Kamek is a cool character, but I can't see it fitting. It isn't even that important in the rest of the Mario series. Plus, a series like Yoshi, in which 90% of the characters are already origined in another franchise doesn't seem like it can have or that it should have a second rep.
Like I've said elsewhere, nothing distinguishes Kamek from any other magikoopa. In fact, he's pretty much fanon at this point. I don't think there's really a place for him on the roster. Maybe as an assist.

Strok4thisproject
Why is there a "who should get in" topic? I think whoever has a full in-style sheet with animations for each action should be allowed in. I think it's stupid to dictate to a group of unpaid spriters what must be made. If they're doing it for fun, it should be fun for them.
Because this is tSR and if the possibilities are endless this project will LITERALLY get nowhere instead of kinda get somewhere.
I don't see why we can't stop all suggestions until some work is done on the original SSB-SSBB roster and guaranteed newcomers.
There's nothing wrong with suggestions. The problem is that the only people that post in this forum are people that are suggesting. The people who are supposed to actually be working are suggesting instead (yes, this includes me) and there's no direction in work. However, if we shut off ALL suggestions, we might develop a character TOO far and have to delete, change or rearrange moves and sprites and shit like that, and the possibility that the people that are supposed to be working will continue to not work and then the subforum will die out.
Can I suggest Waluigi? He seems to be a good character for the Wario universe. I have multiple ideas for some specials so I need helping picking which for which:
Neutral Special - Wicked Kick - Similar to DK's Neutral Special but with his foot.
Side Special - either Wall-Luigi or Tennis Racket - Wall-Luigi has him dashing forward with a wall of vines following him; Tennis Racket is using a Tennis Racket to reflect projectiles. If Wall-Luigi is used, Tennis Racket becomes Side Smash maybe.
Up Special - either Whirl-Luigi or Purple Rocket - Whirl-Luigi has him spinning in a fashion similar to Luigi Cyclone to float up; Purple Rocket acts like Diddy's Up Special (in function) combined with Luigi's Side Special (in apperance).
Down Special - Bomb-Omb - Had to fit this somewhere; unlike Link's bombs, Waluigi throws them immediately.
Final Smash - (not decided yet; leaning towards Super Strike) - His Super Strike from Charged, which is flying up to the top of the stage and whipping a giant vine rope; need help thinking of another idea
Neutral Combo - Punch with his left hand, then kicks with his feet
Down Aerial - Bicycle kicks
Back Aerial - Swings his fist behind him
Down Smash - Spins around with his legs spread out
Up Tilt - Kicks upwards
Taunts
*He has one hand at his side and uses his other hand to "slap the air" saying "MEEAH You lousy"
*Laughs with his hands at chest
*the in-famous Crotch Chop
Entrance - He rides a purple Kart on stage and jumps out, twirling his 'stache and chuckling
Win Animations
*He spins once and pulls out a red rose saying "Ha-HAAAA, Waluigi is the best here!"
*Starts breakdancing and stands up doing the upside-down L sign with his hand above his forehead
*The Crotch Chop yet again
Also he should swim in the air, akin to Kirby's multi-jumps, and he could have a "WaluigiWare" costume along with his overalls (like Wario)
EDIT: Koopaul, that Samurai Goroh moveset is plain EPIC. I wanted him (playable) for Brawl but wasn't sure of a moveset. You've convinced me that Goroh is still an awesome idea for Smash
Well, anyway, screw this shit, I'm going to go ahead and try and acquire the rights / permissions to use these sprites for a reboot of Project Captain N. This style is too awesome to not be used, while the project is also too ambitious to ever stand ground.
Also, it gives me an excuse to actually sprite Mona again.
You might find me in the Fantasy Smash topic.
Also, just for funs, and for you to double reppuken my ass into the milky way:
Bubbles
This one is just a stupid idea, and shouldn't even be an assist trophy for that matter, that's how stupid this idea is. In fact, why the hell did I even use Bubbles for Project Captain N? Oh yeah, I already forgot. Bubbles was supposed to be the Mega Man replacement, or Pac-Man replacement, I already forgot. Do know that in the original concept, Pac-Man was in fact in Project Captain N. Just like Simon Belmont and Mega Man. Who both also get the boot in favor of Nintendo characters.
Anyway, you're all expecting some sort of moveset idea, right? Okay, here we go.
B: Sound wave
Bubbles screams in one direction, shattering ears and hurting people. Does a stun also.
^B: Pole launch
Bubbles sticks two poles in the ground and then launches herself upwards. The poles on the ground will remain, and each of them can act like springs. When performed in the air, a pole will summon below Bubbles, on which the nautical creature will bounce upon to get the same effect. The pole will then fall down to the floor, and will eventually also stick. In both cases, during the launch it will do damage.
>B: Revolve
An alternate way to attacking and turning. Bubbles will stick a pole in the ground and starts swinging the other way. Strength is defined by the original moving speed in that direction.
vB: Uncover
Bubbles will uncover some hidden treasure. What it does exactly I'm not sure, but it should be something that's painful. Or something.
