The sprite looks okay, but there's something that looks weird with her head compared with the concept art, but I'm not quite sure what it is.

As for the concepts, they all look great.

I'm probably going to red his head. It's bugging me.

His lightsource flickers. There is a green highlight that switches between his mouth and cheek.
