sorry to be mean here, but, this is not a sprite, this is just a random drawing with little parts too it.
And it is poorly done too. Feet messed up and so on.
Maybe try looking up some Tutorials?
There are some really good ones out there.
And then maybe try again?

It's a shame some lines aren't smoother, and the neck outline seems a little thin and watch out for the banding between red and grey.
With just minor improvements this will quickly be good. And watch out for the lightsource!

It was a little hard to translate the body into 2-D along with the tail and feet. And thanks for some of the help too!
