That's Jr. Troopa?
I had to look real close to even see the shell. Make that colour stand out more. Also don't make the shell a part of his skin, make it come out more.
Also his head isn't very round...

This doesn't look like Jr. Troopa. This looks like some Egyptian Troopa who lost his turtle shell. You should start over and go back to the drawing board.
