Legacy of Kain: Soul Reaver, and a friend of mine swears by this one Spawn game present on the Dreamcast. Still, though, it's a Spawn game, so approach with caution.

And the side effect of it being a wikia means they can be added?
Admittedly some of the consoles got more help than others; but usually that wiki's a good standing point for decent games without having to ask someone.

that said, any fighter is good - even the original Soul Calibur. The Dreamcast had amazing arcade-perfect ports, but uh - a few games I deeply suggest would be Capcom VS SNK 2, Street Fighter III Third Strike and Project Justice
