First it's in JPG, so it's inappropriate for any uses. Try saving on .GIF or .PNG, I specially like .PNG.
Second it was totally ripped by yours truly. You can find it here

Besides the fact it's been ripped, what's the point of ripping the Cacodemon from the front without ripping the back? We wanna see his cacoanus. Very Sad
