I suggested sounds hosting before but people are apparently against the idea, though I don't see why not...

I think we should fuse the Pokemon Green section with the Red and Blue section. I mean the only difference is the language and the Pokemon sprites, right? Everything else is the same, like maps and stuff.

The custom sections need icons because when you search say "Mario" with games clicked, you get all the Mario game icons and then a broken image that leads you to the Custom Mario section. Idk if there's a way to get it to show up on just the searched sections, but it's not very attractive.

The problem with that is we can't make icons for custom sections - there's never enough stuff for each one.

That makes sense. But you can't make a temporary icon using maybe some official art from the games? I know it's not the same but all of the other icons on the site use in game screencaps, not generic artwork.

I dunno, I just found it a little odd is all. I see where you're coming from, though.

What about making a general "Custom"-Section Icon instead?

We make icons for games that only have one sheet.

But that's because we have an entire game to take a screenshot from. :V

But we didn't have any problems creating icons for customs before. What's the problem now?

I still think a member of the month feature would be cool.
it gives the rippers a chance to be rewarded.
After all, TSR is mostly ripped sprites rather than customs.

They also looked like crap (because the sprites used were pretty bad. The less said about the Kingdom Hearts one the better)

Hm... I've seen plenty of regular games that had naturally crappy sprites. Look at The Fairly Oddparents and such. The screenshot icon for that game certainly looked awful.

Point is, ever since this site change over, Customs have been treated like second rate.

Like the pictures on the refrigerator that get burried by the favorite family members photos.

I want there to be something that says, "we care about our Customs too" having those icons would really say that.

The icons are pointless for customs since not everything in the section looks like the icon anyway. It'd be like inviting someone to a stripshow where there is one really gorgeous girl and 25 hideous obese girls. You're enticing someone for a let down.

We should be trying to get to the point where the items in the section do look that good though; even if it takes a while.

I'm still not entirely sure why we re-upped all the bad customs again.

Because Koopaul whined.
