Anyway, black is not necessarily a good colour for the background, because if sprites have black in them, you're going to lose those pixels, and therefore ruin the sprites. (I use a nice shade of blue for my sheets, or turquoise if the sprites have blue in them.) As for the other sheets, I can definitely tell that the Buster sheet is incomplete just by looking at it. There are a lot of animations missing, such as (in no particular order) crawling, hurt, lost a life, stepping on a rake, level complete, wallslide, hanging on a rope, ziplining (using his ears), swimming, whistling (after summoning a helper), sliding (not skidding), talking (after defeating a boss) and a bunch of animations have a variation if there's a ceiling close to Buster's head, where his ears are lowered.
As for Sonic, other than the black background, I think you might have everything. It's been a long time since I played that game, though, so I can't tell if anything is missing or not.
Good work, nonetheless.

The reason why your Arsha sprites are blurring is because of the emulator that you are ripping from captures from TV resolution instead of game resolution probably you ripped from something like Kega Fusion or a different emulator. See here on what the sprites are suppose to look like: http://hg101.classicgaming.gamespy.com/w...erboy2.htm
Also I'm sure that Sonic is missing sprites when he's on the fan at a later level either Gene Gadget or Panic Puppet (not as a spinny top like on Rusty Ruin what you got, but as floating on top of a fan with his arms out) and when he's sliding down the slide in Diamond Dust but since ripping this game is very hard (the ROM is a nightmare and I was ripping this very slowly). Which means that I would have to update my misc sprite sheets due to a different way.

Alright thanks for all the comments from you guys, it's been helpful. Tomorrow, I'll re-rip the Ashra sheet and update the Buster sheet with the sprites I'm missing (thanks for listing them, I hadn't really played the game a whole lot, so I wasn't sure if anything was missing). To tired to do much tonight but I should be able to finish all that tomorrow. As for the backgrounds, I'll keep in mind not to use black anymore. I appreciate the help guys.
EDIT:
Concerning the Ashra rips, it was the emulator, I compared the game side by side running it on two separate emulators and it was blatantly obvious that was the problem. For genesis ripping, I have been using Megasis, can someone who is an experienced genesis ripper guide me in the right direction to a better emulator?

Gens is the best emulator for ripping sprites IMO
great rips!

Thanks, Gens is what I decided to go with from now on.
Anyways fixed the Buster and Ashra sheets. The Ashra sheet has been re-ripped get rid of the blur, and used a different background. Also changed the button due to it being misleading.
As for the Buster sheet, I ripped all the sprites that were previously missing.

That's why I'm going to make an attempt at them lol.

Hey man, thanks for the reply in my topic. Yeah I've been here for awhile, I have a lot of Maplestory, Shining Force, Riviera, Summon Night and some other rips up. Your doing pretty good so far, loving these rips. Can't wait for some more Boss ones.
All of your icons are wrong though, the letters have to be all one color. Try using Barubary's Icon Maker.

These are nice rips. I've wanted to see some rips from Knuckles Chaotix for a while now.
Looking good! Any chance of an eventual super mecha sonic rip?

Thanks, and yeah I'm working on that right now. But it's a real pain to rip.
Update -
Now as far as Project Chaotix/Super Metal Sonic goes.. I know the back part of his bottom quill is missing... I struggled at trying to get that piece ripped forever. Even with debug and moving the characters around it doesn't work. Not to mention it doesn't help that Gens divides the different parts into different background layers. Anyways, since I have yet to find a way to get the graphics directly from the ROM, unless someone else can help me with this, that's the best it's gonna get.
