So I will start a new 100% custom edit, that's what I didn't understood... Hey guys, is it your fun to push me down? I'm new at spriting, so help me to improve, don't say things like this... I feel down when you say that...

Most of the people there can provide helpful tips that will allow you to progress. Your all naughty, naughty children for being so cruel to this retard. Shame on you!

Worse, in my oppinion.

Don't pay any attention to jesus lizard, just the fact that he uses the word retard in such bad taste doesn't really reflect well on his own opinion.
Now for this new sprite, it's a lot better than your other work, it's still got a couple of flaws but it's an overall improvement. There's some issues with the posture and the shading that i see off the bat. You need to determine where your lightsource is coming from and shade from there. When you shade pretty much around the lineart, you tend to do what is called "pillow shading" which is a big no no in spriting since it's an impossible lighsource to show any depth with in your shading.

As far I know...
A customized sprite is when you take a let's say, megaman sprite and make a new pose for it. An edit is when you take a let's say, megaman sprite and alter it to make it look like a totally different character. And basically, that's all.

no, a custom sprite is something you've done yourself. a new pose of an existing sprite is still an edit regardless of how much you eye trace it.
also I did a quick edit of your rhydon to try to give you a better idea of what i was talking about, hope you don't mind.

With that kind of attitude you never will be good. Just keep at it, learning to sprite is nothing more than a huge uphill battle. The more mistakes you make, the more you'll learn from them and learn to improve.

I know that, but my brother knew nothing about sprites, he did one, and people give them ideas for him to improve, they didn't say things like "oh, stop editing sprites, you are retard..."... and he became better and better... now the only comments i have are things like that, so i dont want to sprite anymore because of those people who dont know how to live...
