I meant to bring this up earlier, but what about a simple Waddle Dee recolor? I know it's not an alt costume technically, but I figured I'd bring it up since it probably wouldn't be as hard to pull off since it would only be a recolor, but still a different character.

that could work... as long as it still works with king Dededes alt. costume

The fact that it's a different character makes it not work, though. Alternate costumes can't be separate characters.

Yes.

Kirby already has yellow for a color choice, though, so that kind of rules out Keeby.

I didn't know we had color changes too.....I'm a bit out of touch I guess.

I noticed that no one had mentioned the idea of using Nurse Peach for a costume. Just a little idea to go with Dr. Mario.

I realize they have slightly different abilities in the DS game, but could Starly not be used simply as a reskin of Starfy? If that is more of a character change, however, than I guess sunglasses Starfy works as well.

For sonic, he could have his sonic riders costume, and his final smash could go along with that (like, instead of super sonic, he could jump on the skateboard he uses and it has the same effect of super sonic--*shot*

I don't know about that whole idea for Sonic. Agreed he will have his Riders costume. Though it wouldn't be necessary to have a different final smash for a different costume of a character.

If we have no ideas for ice climbers, we could switch the two around (eg, Nana is Popo and Popo is Nana). This is probably a crap idea but thats only for if there are no ideas otherwise

Oh, and The sonic rider final smash is exactly the same as super sonic, just is a different animation

The Ice Climbers were actually already switched around in half of the outfits from both Melee and Brawl. That being said, I don't suppose there are any plausible costume choices for them.
