Hmm, I still don't know what to do about the extra pixels. We could go through and edit each sheet...

@piscesdreams
It's fine if you post these, and thanks for the help, but that is the etiquette I think . I have those rips and some of them are touching together. so I am going to spread them out a little bit. @TonBerry2k Yeah, the pixel ratio looks ok to me, just double checked. Do you mean vertically or horizontally or just scaled in size? I didn't resize them, just moved them a little further away from each other. Some of them have extra color data on the top and bottom like piscesdreams said, I could be wrong, and it's hard to tell because it looks like there is a fullscreen filter in game. Now that you mentioned though, I'll be more careful and fix the previous ones and remove the extra pixels if I notice them. In that case it make take a little longer to get these done.

If you look at the places where the sprite is the highest or widest, there is an extra pixel. We'll have to go through each sprite individually and clean that up. Here's that bat after cleaning. Compare the two;
- clean - extra pixels In fact, if you open them in two different tabs and click between them you can see the differences more easily.
Ok, you are correct, there is an pixel length stretch around the perimeter. I'll redo the previous submissions and make sure i fix that in the other ones.
Couple other questions, do you prefer spacing the sprites so they are not touching each other and should I label the particular animations such as walking or attacking, ect? I'm planning on piecing belmont together because when he attacks on stairs the lower body sprite changes but the upper body attack stays the same. I think that is why they split the sprites into parts. if I lower the framerate to 10 i can get a good idea of all the animations. thanks for the help

Do whatever you feel comfortable with. There's no set way to do it.

really, i need these sprites. don't worry to fix those extra pixels if this is going to delay your submissions.
it's easy to find what's wrong by ourselves. |
