Finally, I finished Lugia:

Cool job.

The body is amazing, but the head doesn't look too much like Lugia's. I'd say make it look more like your old version's head.

Edit: or just look at the HG/SS sprite.

To make me sound like an idiot, the only thing I can think of is to make the head smaller, like the Artwork, not slightly bigger like the HG/SS Sprite



Yeah, I put together a little 'chart' and I just threw the old sprite on for good measure, since I don't see what A.J. Means by 'make it like the old head' (I don't think the old one looks like Lugia at all)

Edit: Or do you mean the things around the eyes? In the Artwork, they're up past the back of the head, and in the HG/SS Sprite it's under the back of the head

I've noticed that the eyes are also oddly positioned. Look at the artwork on the right of the image below and then look back at the sprite.
