Don't really need to be perfectly like on PokeDex, just try to make him more smaller...
Also, like JoshR691, it's right, it don't follow much pokedex... If I remember, it's pokemon company what licenses Nintendo for Brawl, not Gamefreak...
There is a tip:
The drawing are pretty good, but try make him more smaller

For the most part I think the sizes are pretty consistent. Lucario needs to be shorter.

Also there's no option to compare on pokemon style, look the rock smash of charizard on Brawl and on pokemon...
On pokemon it sucks, but on smash, it's powerful, I complete Intense is this way...
But for my opnion is just the size of Lucario.

the only problem i have is that fox is smaller than his brawl version he should be taller than luigi
