Also I feel the legs and the body don't seem to match.

The bottom of the scarf where it's wrapped around his neck needs to be rounder and puffier, so it looks like it's being displaced by his clothing.

Although you were probably going to do this anyway; and me reminding you is both unnecessary and irritating.

It reminds me of Sasha Nein from Psychonauts; mostly because of the intentionally noodle-y proportions.

The new guy seems to have style, but his left leg (your left) looks a bit too big.
