considering that Valve's been teasing us with the whole he/she thing in the main menu
this is a possibility





also I can already imagine that Meet the Pyro will feature the Pyro mumbling away with subtitles
never ever removing his mask
just he mumbles away and someone translates for him

Once upon a time, Robin said in an interview that meet the Pyro will be looking at the world through Pyro's eyes.

TF2 patch coming soon. It will have some localization fixes, maybe some other stuff, and the hat you will get when playing 2 co-op missions in the new free game Alien Swarm.
