Are you sure this 731 is real? I tried looking into it, and found nothing about it besides creepypasta. Bulbapedia has a list of all known glitch/hack pokemon such as missingno., 'm, H Poke, etc., but it said nothing about a 731.

Unit 731 is real but it being in pokemon green, who knows.

also i found a dutch article about the kanto - army working together with unit 731 and unit 100
also being responsible for human experimentation and bio-weapons

Well, it looks like we're slowly discovering that what was proposed in that article in the OP might not be so far off from the truth after all. The fact that this has gone undiscovered for all these years is astounding, if not somewhat suspicious.

I wouldn't be surprised if nintendo of america and game freak just used pokemon green being extremely glitchy as an excuse in order to hide this (on the possibility it's real, woop diddly doo, id have to try it my self before I believe).
