Wow, those rips look really well done! They look better here than in game even.

Oh do they now? Wink To be honest I'm not sure how it is that they appear such, but perhaps it's just because now you can view them up close and personal in any direction you want which you couldn't do in the game.Ninja

I think you need to learn your definitions of spam. It's on topic because Zelda 64 IS OoT. OoT is short for Ocarina of Time.

Spam: a disruptive, esp. commercial message posted on a computer network, forum, or sent as e-mail.

Is my post disruptive or offensive in any way? No.

That has nothing to do with the rips. That's just stating something completely irrelevant.

I pretty sure I went to "The Models Resource" > Submissions > N64 > Xerox's Zelda 64 Rips

I'm pretty sure that your post does not contain anything related to Zelda 64 submissions, it sounds like it belongs somewhere in the Gaming Forum, or just kept to yourself.

Plus you don't want to piss off mods. "I think you need to learn your definitions of spam" sounds pretty conceited to me.

Still surprised at that Arwing by the way.

Thank you edster. That's the exact reason its disruptive. While its fine to appreciate someone's rips and such its not only been like 2 weeks since there's been an updated post here, but posting here to say something basically for the sake of posting is really unneeded. I'm honestly not trying to be mean, but its sort of my job here to make sure people follow the rules and there's no reason you need to disrespect my judgment. I'm just going to leave it at that.

@edsterisawesome I totally agree with that. Its hard to believe they'd actually put something like that in.

On subject, maybe the arwing was for testing or a hidden easter egg? Hidden as in it was planned but Nintendo/Miyamoto decided not to fully implement it, dummying it out of the code.

No idea honestly. It was probably just meant to be an easter egg that somehow never made it into the final game. Disappointing that it didn't really.

the airwing model was used to test z-targeting and nintendo representatives have stated that it was never intended to be used in the game
although, recent discoveries have hinted that it may have acctually been a trap inside of treasure chests, exept be extremely rare.
i read that it may still be possible to access it without gameshark by tilting the cartraige while opening some chests

Edit: i found the site i read it on http://tcrf.net/The_Legend_of_Zelda:_Oca...ime#Arwing
