Where's Zone of the Enders? Where's Tetris? Where's Kirby? Where's Dark Cloud 2? Where's Brave Fencer Musashi? Why is Black op's and not Modern WF2 here? No Street Fighter? No Fighting games period?
Oh well at least Final Fantasy Tactics is here. Voted. Everyone else please do same.

Quote:Black Ops is objectively better than MW2. COD4 is better than both of them combined.
they're both
objectively incredibly mediocre (at best) games
but no, modern warfare 2 has better level design. black ops' level design is shit. considering that aside from this fact the two games are nearly identical, that kind of puts mw2 ahead.
or do you mean art-wise, because then we kind of have to go back to 'the two games are nearly identical'

Quote:but multiplayer BO also has much better maps than MW2-- ignoring the existence of Havana, which is the worst map I've ever played on in any single video game.
i was talking about the multiplayer maps actually
the only good ones were fallout town and uh
thats it, actually. all the other maps were too large and had no idea how to use their size well to create interesting or coherent level design
i can think of a lot more levels in mw2 that were well-built (although fuck me if i remember their names).

Favela, Rundown, Highrise, and Quarry were all pretty good. Didn't feel like shelling out $30 for overpriced map packs though.

I thought everyone on this site hated Call of Duty.
I heard some good things of the DLC maps in MW2, but they weren't really worth the price if you ask me. The one that looked interesting was carnival but that was it for me.

Its certainly not the game of choice for most people here since the series always has a lot of issues, but I wouldn't call any of them truly bad games. I just wish they'd put more effort into making sure there aren't always weapons that are undoubtedly overpowered in comparison to the rest of them.

At most they're light entertainment for an hour or two when I'm at a friends house and they don't have anything else worth playing.

the original call of duty is still one of my favorite FPS games ever.
