Wow, wasn't expecting this! Nice job!
Oof. Why are the textures offset by 20x4 pixels? There's a glitchy chunk in the top-left of each image, and the textures wrap around, which means that there's a chunk missing out of the bottom-right of each texture...
They're supposed to turn out like this, not the way you have 'em. Oh, and protip for ripping the textures properly -- use Noesis to extract the ARC files, and also use it to preview and export the textures without any problems. That's what I did for the Haggar texture I uploaded.

Oshi-
I hadn't noticed that. Another protip that I'm going to tell to myself is "don't do shit when you're half asleep", haha.
I'm gonna fix and reupload ASAP. I took down the link, also.
The victory portraits, however, are all extracted and they didn't mess up (or rather I didn't mess them up doing something stupid). I'll also upload those ASAP.
Thanks for pointing out this mistake.

I just registered to say that I'm really glad somebody is ripping MvC3 textures! I'm not sure how tall an order this might be -- it seems relatively simple to me -- but is there any way you can rip the Mission Mode/License Card "character model portrait" icons for each character (including Jill and Shuma-Gorath)? I'm working on something and having those would be very beneficial.
Oh, awesome man :V
I'm seconding the guy above me but you'd be my BFF if you got those titles for the licenses.
because we've all got a Little Doggie in us

I'm gonna TRY to rip all the license card titles, ending pictures, character art, portraits, etc and upload 'em bundled with each character's packs of textures. Sounds good?
That's what I've been thinking of doing. It's one of the reasons I've been taking forever to reupload Haggar's textures. Which I may upload pretty soon enough.

That sounds good, I'm just in a hurry for the portraits/character head icons, ha.

Well, I can't extract those, at least not yet... the colors are all messed up. Like, too much orange, no green, shit like that. Hulk is grey, for example. Haggar's pants are brown. Etc, etc.
I CAN extract the characters's textures, tho, but not those portraits. The titles also don't have the text on them, apart from the colors being off. They just have the background pic without the text.
So I will upload everything separately, I guess, instead of everything packed into a single file per character.
Will rip portraits and stuff as soon as I or someone else finds a way to have proper colors for them

Update!
Characters:
(Fixed. Also includes effects now.)
I'm not sure if the ones I called "Displacement Maps" are really displacement maps, but I don't know what else they could be. Don't look much like normal maps to me. Anyone sure of what they are?
