Poor Ingrid
I think she never lived up to the character that Capcom wanted her to be to the public
Fighting Evolution is partly to blame though
that game was bland

Karin might have a higher chance than some of the other Street Fighters since she appeared in the previous crossover with Namco.

Not very good logic. That crossover will have absolutely little, if any, influence over the character roster. New models to make, and that game is irrelavant. I am sure capcom has even forgot about it.
But she will make an appearance once again, Asuka and lili are already confirmed so Karin and Sakura would make sense.
Where ma Garuda and dat Skullo Crusha at??

Because Capcom and SNK emulate one another one way or the other. Who ends up having better character designs is subjective. In my opinion SNK wins. But Capcom can sometimes out do SNK with characters like Ingrid who didn't end up being a shotokan clone like Athena. With Karin she has a whole range of abilities that's not so crappy like most low tier SF characters and has some great feminine poses. Just look at Rose's standing pose. It looks awful. They didn't even try to update that in SF4.

wh
how can you even compare Sakura to Athena, Athena's like the godtier character of KOF
Yuri on the other hand is a better comparison - heck saying Sakura's Capcom's version of Yuri wouldn't be too far off (charge fireballs, expansion uppercut rather than anti-air)
of course the sakura otoshi and the senpukyaku are what sets her apart from pure-expansion Yuri
but still. Athena? i'd compare her more to like, akuma, not joking here

Why does anyone honestly want Poison? Besides being a trans-gender character, she's not really unique.
Yeah I know Hugo was in SFIII, but he was just a basic grappler. I honestly don't know what they could do for Poison.
Huh. I didn't know that.

Jack will appear in some form. He's been in nearly every Tekken game. He may have even been in them all, but I'm not sure if he was in the very first Tekken or not.
Either way, Jack is definitely making the game. It would be cool to give him costumes that resemble the other Jacks though, particularly Prototype Jack.

But how can he be gay if he's married and a Family Man??????

Alrighty, that'll be enough crap out of you. Groove definitely doesn't need a lesson in the definition of words, because as far as the internet goes, he's pretty damn educated. He was making a remark on how ignorant it is to use the word "gay" in the context Melchior chose to use.

He was. In Tekken 3, Gun Jack has a secret alt. costume that looks like Jack-2, so there is hope for multiple models of Jack playable.

Yeah, I know it's used in that context. And honestly, it shouldn't be.
