That's Atlantis and a ghost pirate ship in the background, and you can't see it but underneath the water is a drunk diver and the Bermudan seabed.

With this colour palette, I think every entry will look like drunk diver's experience.

Yours does look like a ghost, but I think the pirate is too subtle.

Also Ever: I know it's not done, but to make it look more like a pirate try and include some of the cliché things they're known fore, i.e. an eye patch, maybe a parrot or a sword (don't include all, maybe just one), either way I'm liking the perspective so far

I agree, but definately not a parrot, that underwater would look silly. An eyepatch, sword, or one of those feathered triangle hats would look great, though.
