Also for all the hyper zelda nerds out there, there's apparently a lot of evidence that the Hero's Shade in TP is actually the Skyward Sword Link based off his armor design and moves

It's probably little more than some accidental similarities. At least, as far as design goes.
The possibility is an interesting one, and decently likely, though.

Oh wow, foreshadowing.

From between dungeons 3 and 4:
I recently got the Water Dragon's Scale from the first Silent Realm and met the Water Dragon. God swimming underwater is a pain. I mean what the, using the Wii Remote to direct where to swim to? Completely unnecessary when there's a C-Stick for that. =<

Exactly, the word "Fighting" isn't anywhere in there. So again, lets not fight over the Zelda timelines. (Fighting =/= Discussing)

I honestly don't care about timelines, I play Zelda games just because they're really good games.

Timelines aside, seriously, how the hell do you match the crowd in the Lumpy Pumpkin? Is it supposed to be like a smooth movement along with their arms or a quick one to the side they just turned to? I've been trying both and I still have yet to beat it.
Also haha, I did the thing that discounts stuff at Beedle's store after I already bought everything I could there.
Also thanks for using spoiler tags, guys! And I mean that sincerely to those that did, and incredibly sarcastically to those that didn't.
edit: okay, so I did well enough on the harp to get paid, but apparently I can "play a bit better" so... is there a reward like a Piece of Heart or something, otherwise I'm just giving up on it.

I don't remember what you get, but I remember I did it perfectly on my first try. Based on what I've heard others say about it, I guess I got very lucky.

I'm pretty sure it's just 50 rupees, but I haven't tried it beyond the first required one (playing on an emulator with 20 fps makes it near impossible).
EDIT: Huh, the heartpiece list says you do get one after completing all of the Lumpy Pumpkin minigames, so I don't know.

Pre-dungeon 5:
Well I finished trial 2 for the Clawshots. I loved the Double Clawshots in TP, so I really hope they are just as awesome or even better in SS.
Now I gotta explore the desert to find dungeon 5... Hopefully I'll find and beat it today.

There's a lot of items in this game I feel aren't being used to their full potential.

Why is this game so slow to start? This was my problem with TP, it took like 3 hours to get started.

Skyward slow to start?
I guess I just enjoyed the character interaction to much to notice.
unlike Twilight Princess were I wanted the other characters to just get kidnapped already

I don't have a problem with that though considering they were some of the best controls I'm ever experienced
I do wish we would of seen more action for the whip and gust bellow though
